Clay for Infants: Fleeting Nature - Camden Art Centre

Clay for Infants: Fleeting Nature

FULLY BOOKED

This course looks at the way nature and the weather influence materials and surfaces through a wide range of ceramic techniques. We will make experimental and ephemeral creations working in the garden and studio to enjoy the potential of unfired clay. Some works will be fired and can be collected at a later date.

Lunchtime Care
We offer free lunchtime care for children booked onto both morning and afternoon sessions of the 29 July – 1 August summer holiday courses, meaning they can be here for the whole day. Please be in touch with the Bookshop to enrol your child for this.

Tutor: Phoebe Cummings
Phoebe is an artist who works with clay and has exhibited widely in the UK and internationally. She was the Ceramics Fellow at Camden Arts Centre in 2012–13 and ceramic artist-in-residence at the V&A in 2010 where she continues to teach regularly.
