Portfolio surgeries 1.15 - 2.15pm - Camden Art Centre

Portfolio surgeries 1.15 – 2.15pm

Saturdays 20 December 2014 & 12 January 2015
at Camden Arts Centre
Session 3: 1.15 – 2.15pm

Insights offers young people (aged 17+) the chance to explore art school in more depth while they consider applying to Foundation or Degree courses in the Arts. The project brings together expertise from Camden Arts Centre and Central Saint Martins School of Art & Design to support young people in making informed decisions about their creative futures. This year’s focus is on building a high quality portfolio with guidance from artists, university tutors and students.

The portfolio surgeries sessions will be led by Oonagh O’Hagan (Curriculum Leader for Fashion and Textiles, on the Foundation Diploma at Central Saint Martins) over two sessions. The first session will enable you to get advice on your portfolio, with feedback on how to make it as strong and individual as it can be. You will then be able to further develop your portfolio during the following weeks before returning for session two in mid-January 2015 for a final review and guidance.

By booking onto this session in December, you will automatically be booked for the January session with the same time.

Insights is a collaborative project between Camden Arts Centre and Central Saint Martins School of Arts & Design.
