Water rises in proportion as it drowns you - Camden Art Centre

The exhibition comprised of an installation created especially for Gallery 3 and a group of new individual works.

The installation, entitled water rises in proportion as it drowns you, included large photographic images of sea water on the walls and floor, and strategically placed cast iron rollers. The disconcerting viewpoint over the swell of water, the sense of depth and absence of horizon, disorientate and threaten. Also using photography and sculptural elements, the individual works, almost baroque in their sensuality, further explored the relationship between rhythm and ground.
