Ceramics Fellowship - Camden Art Centre

Ceramics Fellowship

Running from 2010-2021, our annual Ceramics Fellowship was established to provide an extended residency opportunity for talented young or emerging artists to push the boundaries of their own practice and to engage others in learning about ceramics. This unique fellowship marked a significant milestone in an artist’s career, encompassing bespoke research and development opportunities, specialist curatorial support, peer mentoring, engagement with the gallery’s public and learning programme culminating in  a major solo exhibition at Camden Art Centre.

One of the UK’s few dedicated ceramics residencies, over the decade it ran, the fellowship supported the careers of a remarkable group of young artists working with ceramics: Katie Cuddon, Phoebe Cummings, Jesse Wine, Salvatore Arancio, The Grantchester Pottery,  Jonathan Baldock, Athanasios Argianas, Phoebe Collings-James and Jesse Darling.
