Allay Alight
Allay Alight is a performance choreographed by Flora Wiegmann with costumes by Silke Otto-Knapp.
Redeveloped over a period of residence at Camden Arts Centre, this alterable dance expresses the common sources and interests shared between Wiegmann and Otto-Knapp. The work explores historical and contemporary positions of dance that are opened up as it is relocated from the theatrical stage into other domains. It has previously been performed at the centre line of a football field and along the East River in New York City.
