Camden Art Centre is recruiting for an Administration & Personnel Manager. Working closely with the Deputy Director and other key staff this is a broad and dynamic role, working across the organisation to lead on creating an efficient, warm and cohesive environment.
The role implements smart working processes across the team with oversight of administration, HR, documentation and IT, ensuring that the right systems and structures are in place to maintain Camden Art Centre’s role as a leading organisation within the sector with high standards across all areas of operation. They act as one of our main key-holders and oversee Front of House elements which is led by the Front of House Coordinator.
The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years’ experience of working in a complex administrative role and have excellent people and team leading skills.
