Development Coordinator  Executive Assistant & Development Administrator Retail and Buying Manager

Development Coordinator 

Camden Art Centre is recruiting for a Development Coordinator to support the overall work of the Development department, providing excellent administrative support while playing an active role in identifying, cultivating and stewarding supporters and major donors in support of the Centre’s artistic and charitable mission.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious fundraiser looking to gain experience across every aspect of fundraising, including individual giving, Patrons, trusts and foundations, corporate partnerships, fundraising events and capital projects. Working closely with the Head of Development and Senior Development Manager, the successful candidate will help deliver fundraising campaigns, coordinate supporter stewardship, manage CRM systems and contribute to the Centre’s long-term fundraising ambitions.

The ideal candidate will bring excellent organisational and communication skills, strong attention to detail, experience of administration and CRM systems, and an enthusiasm for developing relationships with supporters and donors. They will be proactive, collaborative and keen to build a career in fundraising within the contemporary arts sector.

Executive Assistant & Development Administrator

Camden Art Centre is recruiting for an Executive Assistant & Development Administrator, an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of an internationally recognised contemporary arts organisation. Supporting the Director, Senior Management Team and Development department, this role provides high-quality executive, governance and fundraising administration, helping to maximise the effectiveness of the organisation’s leadership while supporting the delivery of Camden Art Centre’s strategic ambitions.

Working across Development and the wider organisation, the post-holder will coordinate complex diaries and meetings, support Board and governance administration, manage stakeholder communications and fundraising systems, and provide essential administrative support for fundraising activity, including a significant capital project and ambitious revenue growth plans.

The successful candidate will be an exceptionally organised and proactive administrator with excellent communication skills, sound judgement and meticulous attention to detail. They will be confident managing multiple priorities, maintaining confidentiality and building positive relationships with Trustees, donors, colleagues and external stakeholders. They will enjoy working collaboratively within a busy team environment and be motivated by supporting Camden Art Centre’s artistic programme and long-term development.

Retail and Buying Manager

Camden Art Centre is recruiting for a Retail and Buying Manager, an exciting opportunity to lead our Gallery shop, online shop and retail offer within an internationally recognised contemporary arts organisation. Reporting to the Head of Commercial, the role is responsible for developing and delivering the Centre’s retail strategy, overseeing buying, merchandising, stock management and e-commerce operations, while driving commercial income to support Camden Art Centre’s charitable mission.

Working closely with colleagues across Commercial, Front of House, Curatorial, Communications and Finance, the successful candidate will manage the retail operation from end to end, sourcing unique products, artist editions and publications, leading visual merchandising and supporting the continued growth of both in-person and online sales.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in retail buying and management, strong commercial awareness and excellent organisational skills. They will bring a creative eye for product development and visual merchandising, experience of stock and budget management, and a passion for contemporary art, books and design. They will enjoy working collaboratively in a busy environment and be motivated by delivering an outstanding visitor and retail experience.
